Samiksha co-founder by Janki Rajapurkar, and Gayatri Vartak, is one of the India's first sport pyschology consultancy. The organization was born with the aim of supporting young as well as elite athletes through mental training to ensure a positive sport experience. Their program aims at performance enchancement and also help players overcome their mental hurdles.
